California subscribers: You may cancel your subscription, without penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the third business day following the date you subscribed. If you subscribed using an external service (such as Apple ID or Google Play), you must cancel through that service. Refunds processed through Apple or Google are handled by those providers. All other refund requests may be submitted by contacting Olive at Dominic@joinolive.com.

1. INTRODUCTION
By accessing or using Olive’s services (“Olive,” “we,” “us,” or “Company”), including the Olive mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms presented to you.

You have not been previously banned by Olive
If you no longer meet these requirements, your access is automatically revoked.

Provide accurate information
Maintain account security
Treat other users respectfully
Follow Olive’s safety guidance
Use the Services for lawful personal purposes only
2c. Prohibited Actions
You agree not to:
Misrepresent identity or age
Harass, abuse, or threaten users
Post illegal, explicit, or harmful content
Solicit money or services
Use bots, scraping tools, or automation
Interfere with platform security
Reverse engineer the Services
Use the Services commercially without permission
Violation may result in immediate termination.
3. CONTENT
You will encounter:
• Your content (“Your Content”) • Other users’ content (“Member Content”) • Olive’s content (“Our Content”)
All content includes text, images, audio, video, messages, and profile information.
3a. Your Content
You are solely responsible for Your Content.
You represent and warrant that:
• You own or have rights to it • It does not violate law or third-party rights
You agree to indemnify Olive for claims arising from Your Content.
You understand Your Content may be viewed globally and shared by others outside Olive’s control.
3b. Member Content
Member Content belongs to the user who posted it.
You may only use it for communication within the Services.
You may not copy, sell, scrape, or exploit it.
3c. Our Content
All software, branding, algorithms, UI, logos, and features belong exclusively to Olive and are protected by intellectual property laws.
4. MODERATION AND MISCONDUCT
Olive uses automated tools and human reviewers to enforce rules.
We may remove content, restrict accounts, or ban users without notice.
False reports may result in penalties.
5. PRIVACY
Your personal data is governed by Olive’s Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you consent to data practices described therein.
6. RIGHTS GRANTED TO YOU
Olive grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal lawful purposes.
7. RIGHTS YOU GRANT OLIVE
By submitting content or using the Services, you grant Olive a:
worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:
host, store, copy, display, reproduce, adapt, modify, analyze, distribute, advertise, and create derivative works from Your Content and Data in any medium now known or later developed.
This includes use for:
• operations • safety and moderation • AI analysis • personalization • marketing and advertising • analytics and research • product development
You authorize Olive to act on your behalf regarding misuse of Your Content.
You agree Olive may display advertising in the Services.
You authorize Olive to access, preserve, and disclose data when legally required or necessary to protect users or Olive.
